CALIRA

About the Project

Luxury Waterfront Residences – Mortlake

Calira is a collection of 30 boutique residences near Mortlake’s waterfront peninsula, bringing 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes from garden apartments through to penthouses. Designed to maximise natural light and generous indoor/outdoor flow, many residences offer outlooks to the harbour and city skyline. Interiors are finished with premium fixtures, curated joinery and thoughtfully selected materials, creating homes that balance comfort, style and practical living in every detail.

Designed for lifestyle

Residents at Calira enjoy an elevated lifestyle defined by its amenities and location. Shared rooftop spaces – including landscaped terraces, gym and contrast therapy – provide places to unwind or entertain, while the surrounding villages of Breakfast Point and Cabarita bring cafés, dining, walks by the water, and boutique shopping within easy reach. This rare opportunity blends refined architecture, peaceful harbourside living, and seamless connectivity to both nature and the city.

THE LOOM

Heritage Reimagined for Modern Living

Where history meets modern living — The Loom in Rosebery reimagines a heritage textile mill into 69 designer apartments. With its iconic terracotta façade, bespoke art installations, and stylish interiors, The Loom offers a unique blend of character, comfort, and convenience just minutes from Sydney.

Handcrafted Terracota, Illuminated by Light.

Thoughtfully designed by award-winning architect Angelo Candalepas, The Loom prioritises resident comfort, with each apartment meticulously considered before the building’s exterior expression took shape. The western façade features handcrafted terracotta tiles, creating a warm, tactile texture that plays with light and shadow—offering both aesthetic depth and natural protection from the afternoon sun.

Artistic Creation

To further celebrate the building’s concept, Australian artist Dominique Falla was commissioned to create a bespoke installation. Using three shades of orange thread, she intricately wove the development’s typographic logo through hundreds of precisely placed nails—capturing the craftsmanship and complexity behind The Loom’s design in a striking visual statement.
