MANAGING DIRECTOR

Charbel Obeid is the Managing Director of Anchor, leading the company’s operations and project delivery with a clear focus on strategic growth and long-term value. He is responsible for all aspects of property development and investment, including site acquisition, planning, and delivery. Charbel combines strong commercial insight with a hands-on approach, ensuring that every project is aligned with the company’s vision and delivers meaningful outcomes for tenants, operators and residents. Stephanie Obeid

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

As Chief Financial Officer, Stephanie Obeid is responsible for overseeing the financial management and corporate governance of Anchor. CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR

As Construction Director, Joseph Obeid oversees the delivery of all building works across Anchor’s portfolio. With deep experience in construction management and site operations, he ensures every project is executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Joseph plays a hands-on role in coordinating teams, managing contractors, and maintaining program timelines — ensuring that Anchor’s developments are built with precision and delivered with confidence.

Selena Radic

PORTFOLIO ASSET MANAGER

Selena Radic oversees the performance and strategic management of Anchor’s property portfolio. With a strong background in asset and facilities management, she is responsible for optimising asset value, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing tenant experience across both commercial and residential holdings. Known for her attention to detail and proactive approach, Selena plays a key role in maintaining the long-term strength and sustainability of Anchor’s investments.

Gehad Barakat

SITE OPERATION MANAGER

With over 30 years of experience in construction, Gehad Barakat brings deep technical knowledge and practical leadership to his role as Site Operations Manager. He is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Gehad’s hands-on approach, attention to detail, and commitment to quality make him a trusted leader on every Anchor project.
