Charbel combines strong commercial insight with a hands-on approach, ensuring that every project is aligned with the company’s vision and delivers meaningful outcomes for tenants, operators and residents. Stephanie Obeid
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
As Chief Financial Officer, Stephanie Obeid is responsible for overseeing the financial management and corporate governance of Anchor. With a strong focus on financial strategy, risk management, and performance reporting, she ensures the business remains well-capitalised and financially resilient.
